My Wife and I found GRACE DESIGN via a website search, and I was so impressed by the positive reviews. We met and immediately felt comfortable and confident in KUNAL and his team to supply plans for our new Dream family home.
In my experience, everything I read was absolutely true. From the very beginning, everyone was professional, pleasant, capable, knowledgeable, caring and responsive.
Emails, texts or phone calls were responded to speedily, and in one instance, because I couldn't sleep, I sent off an email inquiry at 11:30 in the Night and was shocked to get a response back in 15 minutes.
The team handled everything, including mechanical, civil and structural engineers, so we had a one-stop-shop for all our needs.
The plans produced were brilliant, and it seems no stone was left unturned. I can wholeheartedly recommend GRACE DESIGN.
They really do care, and are awesome at what they do. I am so grateful others posted reviews ... they were my first choice, and I didn't need to look any further.
