Coming from China to settle in Fiji was a dream.
Hence not knowing about the land matters in Fiji I bought this 10 acres of Land in a valley mostly swampy. Many Friends and family had discouraged me saying I have thrown the money down the drain.
As a investor I was frustrated not getting proper ideas whenever i had engaged Consultants they would take money and never come back, until I found this Grace Design. Kunal was recommended by another investor who had a good experience in Design to construction.
After meeting with Kunal and his team I had Peace, He had Implement ideas which I could never imagined Using the stronger base areas of the valley he Had designed town houses by removing the soft clay soils from lower part to replace with soap stones on elevated areas' I didn't had to spend much on soil since it was used from the same land. The clay top soil was used for my landscape and soap was used at building foundation areas.
Team of GRACE DESIGN & GRACE BUILT were very professional from Design to construction stage engaged engineer was also very helpful and collaborated well with us.
After five years of struggle i finally got six town houses all rented to Foreign customers I managed to Take out 5 residential lots sold to foreigner's who have been so impressed with the development in this valley. I now am in a process of Construction two more town houses consisting of 6 flats and a Dumpling restaurant with a solar farm project.
I would like to really thank Kunal Kumar of Grace Design for vision he had to rise the value of a Land that was considered a swampy and low area today after My construction people have started flooding in to buy land near by..
I am here to stay and do more and create a worship centre for Chinese Christians on the same location Vuda Lautoka.
