EVERY HOUSE CARRIES VALUE for a Simple and Beautiful Couple:

We had a dream of investing in Lautoka — somewhere that was peaceful, close to the city, and convenient to all the essentials. When we finally began our search, we came across a property that, to be honest, most people would've walked away from.

It was an old timber house — rundown, weathered, and clearly in need of a lot of work. With our budget, we honestly, saw no potential at all in it, Apart from the Land value.We had a very small budget.

Through few recommendations and still property searching, we met Kunal of Grace Design and Grace Built & Design — and meeting Kunal and his team was truly a turning point in our journey.

He painted a glimpse of what the finished product could be, and walked us through the various phases of work and the potentials each phase. With first steps to Design renovation plan than to construction.
Still skeptical, we however proceeded. As work began the stripping of parts of the house that needed removal, showing us the great scope of work needed.
But at the completion of each phase our hope slowly increased, and faith in Kunal and his team began soaring as as the transformation progressed.
*From the beginning, Kunal understood our need and with care planted us a vision of what could be.
He didn't shy away from the challenge. Instead, he and his team embraced it — working cleverly with what could be salvaged, what could be strengthened, and removed what could be fixed, breathing new life into the structure with both strength and style.
What was once falling apart is now our cozy, beautiful home — warm, inviting, and everything we hoped for.
The transformation is nothing short of amazing, and it's all thanks to the dedication, creativity, and craftsmanship of Kunal and the Grace Design and Grace Built team.
* Although this house is a timber house - it is our house; its beautiful, and its completion has increased its value significantly, strengthened our equity more and our potential for further investments has been reinforced.
