We would like to sincerely thank Kunal Karnesh Kumar and the entire team from Design to approval and comstruction stage..We as first home owners had a lot of fear of how we would mange to own a house.We had waited for Kunal for a year to take up our project..it was worth waiting..With an irregular shape land the way He had designed using spaces to set up a nice cozy 3 bedroom house with all facilities within the hoise was a blessing..Awarding the entire construction project to Grace Built & Design-Fiji Pte Ltd was so easy we didnt have a second taught.We had started with Zero today we have a own house plus 150k equity on valuation which also helped us to purchase a New Vehicle..Grace Built you are highly Reccomended..
