As it is paramount to human well-being across various domains. Spending time in nature, or mingling with a natural element has tremendous effects on physical, mental, social and spiritual wellness. Apart from the advantages, the deprivation of nature has growing global concerns such as obesity, cardiovascular diseases, mental health disorders, stress, reduced immunity, rise in crime, etch adverse impacts are evident in children as well.
These threaten the health of humans and the environment. This further adds burden on achieving the Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs). Similarly, families, teachers and individuals can focus on limiting screen time and consciously spending time in nature. This will foster pro-environmental, pro-social, and pro-consumer behaviors, and a sense of well-being among humans-especially children.
Before moving to Fiji was not easy,we were had gone thru places to see where we can connect to nature. As Buddhist believers we wanted something small yet appealing and some place that keeps us away from City yet within the reach as well as close to nature. We really loved Vuda,Lomolomo and Sabeto Area due to its natural mountain terrains. The biggest challenge was to get the Reliable person to materialize what we had in mind who can give us what we wanted keeping in mind cost control plus we had language barrier. We had multiply recommendation to see Kunal Of Grace Design.
We were so Lucky his own piece of land where he was having the same vision building something that suited our plans and which was in our budget...From Design to approvals and Construction all Looked after by Kunal was the biggest relief of our life.We are truly glad and thank full without having much trouble we smoothly moved to FIJI found a place of our own near Nature yet not away from towns or city, able to meditate and teach local kids the Art and Craftmanship and share our knowledge to help local kids learn how to become an Artist..
